Star Miners — Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

Analytics	Gameplay events sent by the app: `onStartGame`, `onFinishGame`, `setTutorStep`, `AllStart`, `firstStart`, `AllWin`, `firstWin`, `AllLose`, `firstLose`, `buildConstruction`, `upgradeChar`, `upgradeTurret`, `respawn`, ad‑related events (`adsBattle`, `adsResource`, `adsConsumable`, etc.) and purchase events (`on_purchase`). 2. Purposes of Processing

Saving your progress and settings locally on the device.
Aggregated statistics to balance levels, fix bugs and improve gameplay.
Install attribution and marketing performance analysis (AppsFlyer).

3. Data Sharing

No personal data is sold or transferred to third parties. Aggregated analytics is processed only by the following providers under their own privacy policies:

GameAnalytics — gameanalytics.com/privacy
AppsFlyer — appsflyer.com/legal/services‑privacy‑policy

4. Retention and Deletion

Local data remain until you delete the app or clear its data. Analytics data are retained by the above providers for the period necessary to provide their services.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Removing the app deletes all local data immediately.

6. Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your analytics data, please send an email to starminersteam@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request". Include your device ID if possible (though this is not required). We will process your request and forward it to the relevant analytics providers within 30 days.
